Not to mention, it also provides more privacy for the strata-landed units (especially the bungalow units).

One more cool thing is the co-kitchen space in the Clubhouse. The objective is to host 10 to 12 ovens, which residents can book to use. This is inline with current trend of people not cooking as much at home, but if need be, there are proper facilities in place for it!
