Through the lush plains of Tanglin where the Singapore River flows, there once thrived nutmeg plantations during Singapore’s colonial Jays. Wealthy English and Chinese settlers built luxurious estates alongside their plantations, in an enchanting mix of eastern and western architecture.
Today, we only see them preserved as heritage Black and White Bungalows. Jervois Privé is the modern interpretation of these heritage estates, embodying the old-world charm of its colonial counterpart with the architect’s signature touch of tropical brutalism the epitome of contemporary sophistication.
Masterfully designed by renown architect Yip Yuen Hong of ip: li Architects, together with celebrity interior designer Peter Tay and a premium team of consultants, Jervois Prive presents luxury honoring heritage, gilded for modern living.
